The Early Care and Education Consortium is a non-profit alliance of America’s leading national, regional, and independent providers of quality early learning and development programs for young children. As the voice for quality early care and education providers, ECEC works on federal and state policy initiatives relating to child care and early childhood education quality, prekindergarten, child care assistance to working families, and support for the early childhood workforce.
